When do you send orders?

Prints are shipped within 7 days of ordering. To save myself some hassle and space, photos are printed as orders come in. This usually takes 1-2 days. Depending on demand, I aim for one or two post office trips a week. If your order for some reason takes some more time, I will let you know ASAP.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. I'm currently only offering tracked UK and international shipping for your (and my) peace of mind. The cost and delivery times are as follow:

UK: £4 (A4), £5.40 (A3). Next day.
EU/Europe: £10. 3-5 days.
Everywhere else: £12. 5-7 days.

Please note that due to Covid-19 and Brexit, there are a few things out of my control and for which I cannot take any responsibility, such as: international shipping might take a little longer than normal; some countries may require you to pay VAT/duties.

Something's wrong with my order

If I got brain fog and accidentally sent you the wrong print, or if the print is damaged when it arrived with you, get in touch ASAP and we'll sort it.
